Access to the residence is via a specially designed ramp.
There is 1 disabled parking space in the parking area adjacent to the residence.
In the living areas (living room – dining room – kitchen) and in 1 bedroom, sufficient space has been provided for full rotation of the wheelchair so that movement is unobstructed.
One of the residence’s bathrooms meets all the specifications for use by a person with reduced mobility (door opening, sink position/height, disabled shower position, wheelchair rotation, etc.) according to the specifications of YPEKA (see “Designing for All”).
